Technology is driving resurgence in M&A activity! Following up on June’s M&A program, this program dives into the intellectual property issues involved in Clean Tech, Green Tech, Internet, SaaS and Social Media M&A transactions. We target (i) the due diligence phase, to consider what to look for and how to review the intellectual property portfolio, (ii) the documentation phase, and how to capture what you want and protect from what you don’t, and (iii) transfer materials, so you capture all IP and properly file all transfer materials. This practical and informative program is geared to business and legal professional who are actively engaged in M&A activity.
