William B. Stafford, President of the Trade Development Alliance of Greater Seattle, was previously employed with the City of Seattle in positions including Deputy Mayor to Charles Royer and Director of Intergovernmental Relations.
Starr M. Tavenner, Keynote Speaker, is Director, China Programs, Global Strategy Airplane Production, Boeing Commercial Airplanes. She is recognized as beginning the Boeing China strategy and contributing to its continued development and implementation.
