Andrew Bor, Program Co-Chair, is a partner at Perkins Coie LLP where his areas of emphasis include corporate finance and securities regulation, mergers & acquisitions and corporate restructuring, including strategic divestitures and spin-offs. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America.

John M. Steel, PS, Program Co-Chair, is a partner at DLA Piper LLP (US) where he concentrates in structuring and negotiating a wide range of financing transactions, acquisitions, and strategic alliances. He has managed hundreds of private equity financings for issuers and investors and served as lead counsel on over thirty public offerings.

Michael D. Deal is Vice President, Legal, at Amazon.com, Inc. where he focuses on mergers and acquisitions, public reporting and corporate governance.

Michael J. Erickson is with Summit Law Group where his practice concentrates on corporate and securities law. In addition to general business representation of numerous established and emerging Pacific Northwest companies, he has represented clients in a variety of public and private financings, mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures.

G. Scott Greenburg is a corporate/securities partner with K&L Gates LLP with more than 25 years of experience in venture capital, public offerings, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, complex commercial transactions and international product distribution.

Stewart M. Landefeld is a partner with Perkins Coie LLP and the firmwide chair of the firm's business practice. His areas of emphasis include corporate governance and boards of directors, mergers and acquisitions, private equity (LBO) investments, public offerings and IPO’s, and venture capital.

Jennifer S. Muller is a Director at Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin and heads the Financial Advisory Services for the firm’s Technology Group. She is responsible for business development activities to the technology sector and reviews financial opinions.

Bruce A. Robertson is an owner at Garvey Schubert Barer where he focuses his practice on international trade & investment, business, corporate finance & securities along with mergers & acquisitions. He is also manager of the firm’s business practice.

Bill Shireman is President & CEO of The Future 500. He has over 20 years of experience developing and implementing programs that align the interests of major corporations and their stakeholders. Their clients include Coca-Cola, General Motors, Nike, Mitsubishi, and Weyerhaeuser, to Greenpeace, Rainforest Action Network, and the Sierra Club.

John A. Strait is an Associate Professor of Law at Seattle University School of Law. He maintains a private practice as a consulting expert in legal malpractice and professional responsibility.

David F. Taylor is an attorney with Perkins Coie LLP with more than 20 years of experience including grand jury investigations and criminal prosecutions, SEC enforcement actions, securities class actions, derivative lawsuits, director and officer liability claims, common law fraud, False Claims Act cases, RICO claims and contract disputes.

David R. Wilson is Of Counsel with Heller Ehrman LLP. His areas of emphasis include corporate finance, corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions. He has extensive experience in corporate finance and securities, with an emphasis on public offerings of debt and equity securities, mergers and acquisitions, institutional private placements and equity financing.
