David L. Rice, Program Co-Chair, a partner with Miller Nash LLP where he advises clients on communications, technology, media, intellectual property, and entertainment law issues. He assists clients with transactions, licensing, and general corporate matters. He is the co-chair of the Federal Communications Bar Association’s Pacific Northwest Chapter.

Chris K. Beer is President of Media Lead LLC, a leading international mobile games and media publisher and distributor where he manages all operations and business development. Before his work at Media Lead, he was the Director and Senior manager of Freei Network’s Inc. one of Asia’s largest ISP’s and a company he helped found.

Brian W. Esler, a partner with Miller Nash LLP, focuses on commercial litigation, intellectual property advice and litigation, international transactions and litigation, and appellate advocacy.

John Gockley is Vice President of Legal and Regulatory Affairs for U.S. Cellular in Chicago, Illinois where he provides legal counsel in regulatory, telecommunications, environmental, employment and financial issues. He has 23 years of experience providing legal counsel in the telecommunications industry and was previously Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Regulatory and Interconnection at Broadwing Communications.

Joe Herzog is the Senior Director, Search Products for Infospace, Inc. He is a 17-year veteran as a leader of product and marketing groups and has over 12 years of experience in mobile data markets. At InfoSpace, he is responsible for developing new metasearch and local search strategies and products for mobile networks and the web, and manages the roadmaps, content and advertising inventories for Dogpile, MetaCrawler, Switchboard.com and InfoSpace Find It.

Harold "Harry" A. Little, II is the General Counsel of Vidiator Technology (US) Inc. and has over 20 years of experience practising law in telecom media and technology, software, technical services, and internet areas. His responsibilities have included negotiating and drafting agreements, general corporate counseling and compliance, intellectual property, employment matters, mergers, acquisitions and financings.

Anthony Martwick, is Government Data & Applications Manager for Verizon Wireless. His responsibilities include wireless data program management for Federal, State, and Local government agencies. He has more than 20 years experience in the wireless industry.

Derrick Oien is the Founder and President of Intercasting Corporation where he oversees the company’s overall strategic direction, managing product development and negotiating strategic partnerships. Prior to this he was President of Vivendi Universal Net USA, a subsidiary of Vivendi Universal that operated MP3.com, Rollingstone.com, eMusic, and Trusonic.

Chetan Sharma, Founder and President of Chetan Sharma Consulting, is a recognized industry expert in strategy and implementation of wireless data and pervasive computing solution, including the development and launch of technologies, products, and solutions for the wireless industry.

Sandeep Sinha is Director of Technology Partnerships, managing Motorola's corporate-wide strategic partnership with Microsoft. His responsibilities include developing new business opportunities, executing on partnership strategic plans, and managing executive relationships. Prior to this, he was Director of Product Management at Yahoo’s Search Marketing group where he focused on developing Panama advertising platform.
