Stephanie R. Alexander, a principal and founder of Michael & Alexander PLLC, counsels employers on personnel issues, compliance with state and federal employment law and defends employers against harassment, discrimination and related claims.

Marilyn J. Endriss, principal owner of Sound Conflict Solutions LLC, is a full-time mediator, conflict resolution trainer and consultant. She practiced employment law for over 20 years and from 1999-2001 served as an EEOC administrative judge.

Chris Farias is a shareholder with Stokes Lawrence PS. She has a broad-ranging commercial litigation practice, with significant work on labor and employment law cases. She counsels employers and employees on such issues as discrimination and harassment, wage and hour, employment policies, non-competition and trade secret/intellectual property.

Darren A. Feider is a member with Williams Kastner PLLC. His practice involves general employment litigation of wrongful discharge and discrimination claims, the drafting of employment and consulting contracts, non-compete agreements and severance packages for both employees and employers.

Kelby D. Fletcher is a shareholder at Stokes Lawrence PS, with over 25 years of experience in counseling individuals and employers and negotiation and litigation in state and federal courts, he has a well developed understanding of problem solving in the ever evolving law concerning private sector employment relationships. He is an experienced arbitrator and mediator.

Robert M. Howie is a Principal at Riddell Williams PS. He is a member and former Chair of the Labor & Employment practice group. His practice includes counseling, training and litigation for employers and business clients.

Michael J. Killeen is a partner with Davis Wright Tremaine LLP. His areas of practice include media, employment, litigation, and newspapers & publishing. He is the author of Law Publishing’s Employment in Washington State.

Carolyn H. Ladd is Senior Counsel in the Labor, Employment and Benefits Group at Boeing in Seattle, Washington. Her practice focuses on compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and state equal employment opportunity laws. She provides day-to-day advice to human resource professionals, manages employment related litigation, and conducts training.

Andrew Moriarty is a partner in the Labor & Employment practice at Perkins Coie LLP. He advises clients on employment contracts, noncompetes, employee handbooks and policies, and discipline/discharge, and represents clients in labor and employment litigation of all sorts.

Paul M. Nordsletten is a labor and employment lawyer at Tahoma Law PLLC. His practice focuses on representing employers on traditional labor and employment matters including wage and hour, discrimination, harasment, wromgful discharge, non-competes and similar issues.

Timothy J. O’Connell is a Principal at Stoel Rives LLP. He practices in the areas of labor and employment law and telecommunications law. His practice includes NLRB and PERC proceedings, labor arbitrations, equal employment and discrimination cases.

Jerome L. Rubin is a partner at Stoel Rives LLP, where he concentrates his practice in labor and employment law including NLRB proceedings, union negotiations, equal employment and discrimination claims before agencies and courts, employment at will, Federal Contractor Compliance, wage/hour issues, unemployment and workers’ compensation cases, general personnel management and OSHA.

Douglas E. Smith is a shareholder at Littler Mendelson PC. He focuses his practice on advising employers on legal compliance with federal and state wage and hour requirements and representing employers in complex class action litigation.

John A. Strait is an Associate Professor of Law with Seattle University School of Law. He maintains a private practice as a consulting expert in legal malpractice and professional responsibility.

Michael C. Subit is a partner at the Seattle law firm of Frank Freed Subit & Thomas LLP. For over 20 years, he has represented plaintiffs in employment and other civil rights cases. He also represents unions in labor matters.
