Richard T. Beal, Jr., Program Co-Chair, is a partner with Ashbaugh Beal LLP, and chairs the firm’s Property Damage Solutions Group. Karen S. Weaver, an attorney with Soha & Lang PS, focuses
primarily on insurance coverage and bad faith issues, with a
secondary focus on civil appeals. Areas of expertise include
