The construction market is in crisis. Credit is tight or nonexistent.
The normal money flow from owner to contractor to subcontractor is
constricted. Conditions are ripe for more disputes, but with less
money or appetite for traditional mediation, arbitration and litigation.
The construction industry is demanding
quicker, more cost-effective means of resolving disputes.
What does the future hold for construction dispute resolution - - and
for the construction lawyer? What is the “Next Wave” of construction
dispute resolution?
This program has gathered world-class experts in dispute resolution
to present what they believe to be the future in dispute resolution for
the construction industry.
