Leasing in the 21st Century is a whole new ballgame. Technology has changed the way we work, and leasing requirements for office and commercial workspaces have changed significantly. The troubled economy has caused higher vacancy rates, especially for retail tenants. And green building practices are more and more in demand, playing an important role in lease negotiation.
Please plan to join us as we look at the evolution of Commercial Real Estate Leases. You will gain invaluable insight into what tenants need from landlords, and what landlords are doing to keep vacancy levels low. You will also learn about the latest developments in technology and green building, and their effects on leased spaces.
