Laurence R. Martin, Program Co-Chair, is a managing partner at Felt Martin Frazier & Weldon PC where he concentrates his practice on litigation, labor and employment law, commercial law, education law, and agriculture law. His labor and employment law practice includes counseling, trials and appeals, administrative proceedings, and collective bargaining.

T. Thomas Singer, Program Co-Chair, leads the Billings office of Axilon Law Group PLLC. Since 1986, he has tried civil lawsuits of all kinds, especially commercial, products liability, and employment disputes in state and federal courts in Montana and Wyoming. He chaired the Montana Bar’s Professionalism Committee and taught at the Trial Academy sponsored by the International Association of Defense Counsel.

Marilee Duncan, an attorney with Felt Martin Frazier & Weldon PC, practices in the areas of employment law, civil litigation, products liability defense, insurance defense, and health care law. A significant part of her practice involves advising employers on all aspects of labor and employment law and defending employers in administrative agencies and courts.

Jean Faure, Faure Holden Attorney at Law, is an AV-rated civil trial attorney with 20 years of experience in labor/employment law, education/school law, products and premises liability litigation, and commercial litigation. She represents employers, management and businesses in connection with all employment- related issues.

John Ferguson founded Ferguson Law Office PLLC in 2007 in Missoula where he concentrates his practice in the areas of water, construction and employment law. He also provides criminal defense representation as a contract attorney for the Public Defender’s Office. Prior to this, he was a staff attorney for the Montana Water Trust.

W. Anderson Forsythe, Moulton Bellingham PC, has practiced for 30 years in Montana. He has long represented and advised employers on employment related matters and represented and employers in wrongful discharge and discrimination cases. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America.

Timothy C. Kelly, founder of Kelly Law Office, has been a practicing attorney for 25 years. His practice is limited to the prosecution of civil rights and discrimination claims in state and federal courts and before state and federal agencies.

Katherine Kountz is the Bureau Chief of the Human Rights Bureau, Employment Relations Division, with the Montana Department of Labor & Industry. This agency is responsible for investigation and enforcement of Montana’s civil rights laws. As Bureau Chief, Katherine and the staff created a successful early mediation program to assist individuals in resolving complaints at the lowest level.

Eric Edward Nord is a partner with Crist Krogh & Nord Law Firm LLC in Billings. He practice focuses on the areas of business law and litigation with a special emphasis on commercial transactions, employment law, real estate, construction law, and corporate relations.

Martine "Tina" R. Whitaker, is a Executive Director & Program Support Specialist with the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR). She joined ESGR as the full-time Program Support Specialist for the Montana Committee as a Department of Defense contractor in May 2004 assuming additional duties as the Executive Director effective June 2005.
