Gabriel S. Galanda, Program Co-Chair, a partner with Williams Kastner PLLC, focuses on Indian Law and gaming litigation representing tribes. He has been named as a “Rising Star” in Washington Law & Politics and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America.

David A. Malone, Program Co-Chair, Miller Malone & Tellefson PS, Inc., is well versed in government relations and administrative law. He was previously with the State of Washington Attorney General’s Office.

Robert M. Tull, Program Co-Chair, Langabeer & Tull PS, focuses on land use, environmental and gaming regulation. He was previously chairman of the WA State Gambling Commission.
