Ervan Hancock III, Program Co-Chair, Manager of Renewable and Green Strategies for Georgia Power, is responsible for the direction of the company’s green energy programs, energy efficiency strategies, corporate sustainability and renewable research programs.

Brian C. Harms, Program Co-Chair, a partner and practice leader with Troutman Sanders LLP, focuses on energy, project development and finance. He has served as counsel for companies on renewable energy projects, including solar and biomass gasification projects.

Doug Akerson is a Senior Vice President with GCube Insurance Services, Inc., provides risk management services to the renewable energy industry with the leading global insurer for alternative energy. He has 20 years of commercial risk management experience.

Drew Bowen is President and CEO of Drew Bowen Electric, Inc. and Turnsol Energy. He is a NAPCEP certified solar installer with electrical licenses in four different states, and has worked on more than 70 solar jobs throughout the southeast.

Walter Brown, LEED AP, current Chairman of the Georgia Solar Energy Association, is also Senior Vice President of Development and Environmental Affairs for Green Street Properties. He has almost 20 years real estate and green building experience.

Sandra Burton, Regional Director for the Eastern U.S. with the Solar Electric Power Association, is a Certified Energy Manager with over 15 years experience in the development, implementation and management of energy efficiency and renewable energy programs both in the U.S. and abroad.

Richard Clark is the New Technologies Manager with Oglethorpe Power Corporation (OPC), the nation's largest power supply cooperative with nearly $6 billion in assets. OPC serves 38 Electric Membership Corporations which, collectively, provide electricity to 4.1 million Georgia citizens.

Anthony A. Coker, is Senior Director, Strategic Partners, with Suniva, Inc., a solar cell manufacturer. He has 29 years experience in high technology products and markets, and is responsible for solutions development, key customer relationships and global product certifications.

J. David Dunagan Dunagan is the Renewable Energy Program Manager for the Georgia Center of Innovation for Energy at the Georgia Environmental Facilities Authority. He previously served for six years with the Southeast Regional Office of the U.S. Department of Energy.

Keith Freeman is Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for OneWorld Sustainable, with over 25 years in the sustainable energy field. His corporate responsibilities include design of all residential, commercial, and industrial PV systems for OneWorld clientele.

Nelson G. Hawk, Chairman of the Board of EnerVision, Inc., has over 38 years of electric utility experience. Besides managing Board activities, his main duties are to spearhead business development activities and perform value-added work for EnerVision's clients.

Brandon Jones, LEED AP, Commercial Green Building Services Manager with Southface, oversees Green Building consulting services and LEED project administration, Sustainability Education, the Earthcraft Light Construction program, Energy Modeling and Audit services.

Bill Morrison, LEED AP, Senior Vice President with Carter Real Estate, leads the firm’s mixed-use, healthcare, life science and technology, mission-critical and sport facility project management focuses. He has over 23 years of real estate development and construction experience.

Jason Rooks is Director of Business Development and a Principal with Clean Energy Strategies LLC, a consulting firm focusing on clean energy technologies. Previously, he was a lobbyist for the Georgia Conservation Voters representing environmental and conservation clients.

Philip H. Spector, a tax partner with Troutman Sanders LLP in the firm’s New York office, focuses on domestic and cross-border equipment and facility financing, including project finance and leveraged and operating leasing.
