Labor & Employment Law Conference

Overview

In a time of political uncertainty, with the 2012 elections just around the corner, labor and employment law changes continue to come fast and furious. The N.L.R.B, and its General Counsel make headlines with new rulings and interpretations. There are brand new rules for conducting N.L.R.B. elections. The EEOC is pursuing its agenda and suing employers with new vigor and has issued new regulations to interpret and apply the ADA Amendments Act. The legal risks and implications of social media seem to increase by the day. New decisions from the Supreme Court and the courts of appeals, legislative and regulatory changes–some already made and more in store– pose new challenges.

An accomplished faculty will offer you the knowledge you need in order to stay abreast of the very latest trends and developments in labor and employment law. This program is a must if you are an HR professional, if you are in a management position or if your practice consists of labor and employment law. Join us and learn from the best how to reduce legal risk, and how to advise your company and your clients with the real-world labor and employment law advice necessary in turbulent times.
