Matsen, Program Chair, founder and managing partner of Wealth Strategies Counsel, is a leading estate planning and business transactional attorney and has provided clients with the highest level of legal services in these areas for over 35 years. He is also well versed in the areas of international law and asset protection law, and assists real estate investors and developers with acquisitions, sales and projects.

Nicholas P. Carrigan, an attorney with Wealth Strategies Counsel, joined the firm in 2007 after working with a Fortune 500 insurance company. His practice areas include business and commercial transactions, asset protection and estate planning, as well as civil litigation.
