In each segment, two or more "actors" will play out a scene (a simplified case study) with numerous key points to consider from the perspective of the key players. At the conclusion of each scene, a diverse panel will discuss and debate time‐honored case law, new case law, and best practices for actions the players can take to manage the risks inherent in the building business.
