Seminar Overview

With skyrocketing housing prices, the middle class is being squeezed out of affordable housing and into increasingly longer commutes, while the homeless population steadily increases. Is there a fix? This seminar looks at that question, with an assessment of the root causes of our housing woes, and an examination of the range of solutions available.

Our Co-Chairs, from the legal and nonprofit sectors, have designed a day of in-depth discussion with the experts who work on this issue daily. We selected leaders from the development, finance, nonprofit, legal, and planning sectors to learn from. While housing is an increasingly intractable issue, there are a range of tools available to address this challenge.

Join us for a deep dive into the problem and its resolution.
