Our region is experiencing unprecedented levels of growth, which has had a corollary effect of increasing the number and complexity of property boundary and access issues. More development tends to breed more conflict over property ownership, use, and access. Together with new construction techniques that require the acquisition of rights not contemplated decades ago to effectively develop property and protect what people “believe” they have, this new environment requires skillful drafting and creativity to address the actual and potential problems in preserving or altering property rights in our era.  It is a matter of understanding not only what needs to be accomplished but understanding and clarifying sometimes rather vague concepts of what a property owner has in parsing out these property rights. This program is designed to help new and seasoned practitioners understand the issues facing property owners in preserving and developing their property in a time of rapid growth.
