Thomas A. Larkin, Program Co-Chair, is a member of Stewart Sokol & Larkin LLC. His litigation practice concentrates on construction, procurement and design matters, representing sureties, owners, prime contractors, subcontractors and design professionals.
Nellie Q. Barnard is a litigation attorney at Holland & Knight LLP. She focuses her practice on commercial litigation with a particular focus on legal ethics & risk management for lawyers & law firms.
D. Gary Christensen is a partner at Miller Nash Graham & Dunn LLP and chairs the firm’s Construction Law team. He has more than 30 years’ experience representing all segments of the design and construction industry in the Northwest.
F. Burak Evrenosoglu, PE, PSP, CCP, is a Managing Director at FTI Consulting, Inc. He is a licensed civil engineer in WA, OR, MD, CO, and a licensed attorney in California. He has more than 24 years of broad international construction management experience.
Michael E. Farnell is a founding partner of Parsons Farnell & Grein LLP and leads the firm’s insurance recovery group and its national policyholder practice. He has represented businesses and individuals in disputes with insurance companies for more than 25 years.
C. Andrew Gibson is a partner in Stoel Rives LLP’s Real Estate, Construction, and Design Practice. He helps his clients build successful projects and negotiate and resolve disputes. He is experienced in drafting and negotiating all forms of project documents.
Joshua Hogan has been the Practice Manager and Mediation Assistant at Hogan Mediation since its launch in 2011. He takes care of the little things that keep settlement negotiations on the track and moving forward. He holds a J.D. and an MBA degree.
Hon. Michael R. Hogan of Hogan Mediation was a judge with the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon and served as Chief Judge from 1995-2002. He continues working today as a senior district judge presiding over many cases in Eugene.
Andrew MacKendrick is a partner at Seifer Yeats Zwierzynski & Gragg LLP. He practices in the areas of civil litigation and construction law, and has represented owners, prime contractors, and subcontractors on a broad range of matters.
