David Cramp, PE, LEED, DBIA, Program Co-Chair, is the Director of Project Support Services at Swinerton Builders. In his fifteen years with Swinerton, he has filled various roles including MEP Coordinator, BIM Manager, Project Manager, Sr. Project Manager, and now Director of Support Services. He supervises multiple groups of specialty construction personnel including Quality, Schedule, Project Controls, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing), and BIM.
Rowan T. Mason, Program Co-Chair, is a partner at the Jones Day law firm. His practice focuses on complex litigation with an emphasis on high-value construction and infrastructure disputes. He has represented private owners, public entities, and general contractors in all stages of litigation and arbitration, primarily involving large delay, breach of contract, and defect claims. His construction experience has involved a wide range of large projects.
Jessica R. Bogo is Of Counsel at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP. She adeptly guides clients through alternative dispute resolution and all phases of federal and state litigation, from initial case assessment to discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal. Her practice focuses on legal ethics, construction counseling and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on representing owners and general contractors in construction litigation and contract disputes.
John P. Dacey is a is a co-managing senior shareholder of Bergman Dacey Goldsmith PLC, a civil litigation firm providing legal services worldwide with offices in Los Angeles, Orange and Ventura Counties. He represents public entities in the areas of complex litigation (including contract disputes, public works of construction, surety bonds, and many other areas of the law). His contracts, policies, and procedures have successfully built over 256 public works projects in California.
Roger Nelson, PE, PSP, LEED AP, is a Managing Consultant at Spire Consulting Group LLC. He has more than 15 years of experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry for both public and private sector clients. He specializes in resolving construction-related disputes for complex projects including government facilities, infrastructure and light-rail projects, high-rise office buildings, industrial facilities, and multi-family residential buildings.
Amanda Stanek is a Sr. Scheduling Consultant for Encore Group, a Construction Project Management firm.
